Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during major sales and holiday periods.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

• United States: Generally 2–5 business days after shipment
  
  
• International: Generally 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Delays
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volume, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can help review the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is missing, please contact us and the shipping carrier as soon as possible. We will assist with reviewing the tracking information and, when appropriate, help initiate a carrier inquiry. The Borough Collection is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will make reasonable efforts to help investigate the situation.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.
